Greetings and salutations!
Well for anyone who may have stopped in recently, you'll have noticed the site has not been silent. I am frequently posting everything from social commentary to my beloved Fictional Dreams. I hope those of you who have taken the time to visit have found the experience rewarding.
I have a series of announcements, first off, I have elminated the Patmos Forum due to lack of interest. This, unfortunately, will likely also be the case for the Story. I will wait to see if the last vote gets to 30 by month's end, and then make my final decision. The site will live on, however, as the home of my many ramblings and travel journals, which brings me to my next announcement.
For those of you who may be unaware, I have completed my Technical Communications Degree and am presently working for a company called Anduro Technologies. This is an Internet Marketing firm based in Calgary. My tenure here will be ending very soon though as I am leaving the country once again.
Come May's end I will be off to Japan where I will be teaching English indefinitely. As with my Israel journey, I will use this site to post the details of my adventures and any pictures taken along the way.
Lastly, in conjunction with my departure, I am announcing a major upgrade to all of my websites! Once they are all done I hope you will take the time to visit! Links to the sites can be found on the menu in the lower left of your screen. But to briefly recap:
http://patmos.blogspot.com
My Blog Site - The menu recently modified to improve usability
www.trevortye.com/~dionroy/royboy3000
My Poetry Site - Holds only old poetry at present, recently modified to improve site design structure
COMING SOON
My Outreach Site - The Flash site will be completed soon
My Professional Portfolio Site - The content will be completed soon and the site has been transformed from tables to frames - not yet live
Well I sincerely hope you enjoy these websites and feel free to contact me with any comments or questions you might have. In the meantime I wish you all the best and I'll be in touch from Japan!
With Hope,
Joseph
